Cute Kids and Summer Fun

Here are some pictures of our Summer fun! Kira arrived in June just before Larry's birthday and it's been nonstop fun ever since. Kaijsa was in school, her first college class, during May and June so she didn't get to swim as much as the rest of us. She did catch a few free minutes to come swim and hang out though. We've had fun swimming, eating and laughing. It's been a great summer. We love Papa's pool and the fun memories it creates. Jen's been giving Larry massages that have been great for him. She does an amazing job. Thanks Jen! The kids have gotten along really well and it's been fun to see them all bond. The relationship between siblings is special and we love that ours get along so well. It's not always peaches and cream but most of the time it is. We love spending time together as a family and I'm glad the kids love one another and us. It's been fun and we still have some time together before Kira leaves for UT. We miss her when she's not here but are hoping we'll get to see her more often living a bit closer in AZ. Love you Kids! You're the best kids ever!

Father's Day and Birthdays!

I love this picture of my dad. He was such a cool cat. My dad is one of THE BEST if not THE BEST dad's in the whole world. I love him so much. He is funny, patient, helpful and loving. He is also very kind and willing to serve. I hope he knows how much we love and appreciate him. Thanks Dad for being such a great Papa, Dad, Friend and Example. Thank you for being so willing to serve and teach. Thank you for not killing me while I was growing up. :) I love you Papa!

Larry Dean you too are a wonderful Father. Our kids love you and truly enjoy being with you. You make us all laugh and you teach us so much. Thank you for being such a great dad. Your kids will look up to you always and will remember all the fun times they had with their dad. As much as I may get annoyed with our bed getting messed up from the fun I love it at the same time. I love hearing you play with the kids and all the laughter. Thank you for listening and being there. They know they can talk to you and turn to you at any time about anything. We love you Larry Dean! Thanks for being the good person you are. You are a great dad.

In addition to both of these men being such terrific Dad's they have the same birthday! Happy birthday to both of you! I'm so glad we all get along so we can celebrate together. You are both remarkable men and great examples to follow. Love you Dad/Papa and Larry Dean!

Kaitlyn and Kinsee Belle's Birthdays

The pics above are of Kaitlyn on her 13th birthday. I can't believe she's 13 already! We had a friend help us make her cake and it turned out so cute. So cute in fact that she wouldn't let anyone eat or touch it for about a week! When we did it tasted good still. She's growing up into a beautiful young lady. We love you Kaitlyn and are so proud of you. Thank you for all you do. We appreciate you and love you bunches! You're a wonderful big sister and so much fun to have around.

Kinsee Belle also had a good 3rd Birthday. She was potty trained by her 3rd b-day which was super nice for mom. To have 2 kids trained and only 1 in diapers is nice, even if it won't be that way for long. She got some cute toys and clothes. She picked out her picture of Christ which is similar to Kamden's but instead of a boy it's a girl next to Him. She is sassy and stubborn but can be a doll too. She loved her cake and had fun with Eli while waiting for it to be made. Again, thanks to Mardi for making the cakes. We love you Kinsee Belle and love hearing you laugh. We love that you're close to your brother and sisters and how willing you are to help. We love the stubborn streak in you too but hope that goes away. You're a lovely daughter of God and a cute part of our family too. Love you Kinsee Belle!

We had the b-day dinners at the Olive Garden with Papa and Jen and had a great time. We love Olive Garden! Thanks Papa and Jen for the gifts for both girls and the lovely lunch/dinner out. We love you both and all you do for us.

Love you Kait and Kinsee! Happy Birthday and here's to fun ones next year in AZ!

Our 7th Anniversary

Larry Dean and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary on May 8th. Now that I have my computer back and we've been able to download pictures I'm hoping to get caught up before we pack up and move. We'll see if I can reach my goal of doing this. There are a lot of pictures and memories over the last couple of months.

Larry Dean and I have had our ups and downs but have supported each other through it all. I'm sure some have worried but we love each other and our experiences have helped us grow closer and stronger. We are currently waiting to hear from the Presidency of our Church to get clearance to be sealed. We are so excited for that moment and hope our friends and family can be there.

Larry is a wonderful husband and father. I have worked hard to be a good wife and mother. Together we have tirelessly worked for each other and our children. We have 6 lovely children and 1 on the way. We are looking forward to having him and completing our family circle. Our children have been a huge blessing and joy to us.

Larry Dean I love you and look forward to many more years with you and our family. Love you!

It's A BOY!!! and other fun stuff

I know I'm so behind in posting about our family. Most of the problem is that I have 0 pictures to post so I've slacked in just writing and keeping everyone up to date. I will some day make up for all of that.

On June 8th we found out that we are having another little BOY! We are so excited. Larry was not feeling well that day unfortunately but the kids were able to go with me. Kaijsa was in her college class so we sent her a txt msg. :) Kait, Kira, Kam, Kinsee, Kai and I all went to the Dr and discovered that baby boy that would be coming to our family. Kam cheered he was so excited. Larry thought I was kidding when I told him but then realized how much fun another boy would be. We have decided on the name Kallin Dean Saling. Sorry there isn't a poll this time. I would love to add Teancum to the list of middle names so maybe I'll poll if we should or not. :) Anyways, so far the pregnancy has been easy and I'm just now starting to get super tired and out of breath doing stuff. The time has flown by during this pregnancy which is nice. Kallin doesn't seem to move tons so maybe he'll be a calm child. We are excited for him to come and look forward to his arrival.

Kira arrived safe and sound and it's been a joy to have her here with us. She is almost as tall as Kaijsa and I. She is the same size as Kaijsa so that is fun for them to share clothes.

I found out a week or two ago that my job is downsizing or consolidating I think they said. I found out on a Monday that I may lose my job at the end of August. I can't tell you the panic this created in our hearts and home. I was then told on Tuesday that if I wanted to and was willing to move I could keep my job. After much thought and prayer Larry and I decided that moving and keeping my job would be best for us and our family. Since I had a week of vacation planned we decided to look around the new location - Scottsdale Arizona. We have found some houses to rent and are trying to decide which one is best for us. We are hoping to have everything in order to move by the time school starts in August. We are looking to relocate to Maricopa Arizona and really enjoyed it there the few days we visited. I go back out for training in July - August and then will most likely stay. Larry will need to finish getting the house ready to move and kids too. My dad and sister will help. The town is nice and has several Wards to attend which is nice and the girls are excited to go back to school. We'll keep you informed about when we do and what our new address will be. Please pray for us to be able to move quickly and easily and that all will go well.

The summer is going by so fast. We're trying to find time to get our family pictures taken and the individual birthday shots that still need to be done. We're running out of time before Kira and Kaitlyn leave for UT so we have to hurry and get them all done. We're swimming and being lazy which is great for summer. Now we'll fill our time with packing up the house and trying to get things ready for the big move.

Hope everyone is having a great and safe summer!
